Quickies
Random junk floating around in my head that needs to come out.
- Switched to Fedora 11. Don't want to say worst Fedora release ever, since there hasn't really been a bad one. Enabling KMS by default was rather silly, IMO. I had to build an 2.6.31 RC kernel just to get it to work reliably. The kernel spec file is nicely documented though. Kudos to the Fedora kernel folks for that. Other than the KMS thing, i'm quite pleased.
- Getting back to Bugzilla work after switching to Fedora 11. I needed access to the backups again though, which was disabled at some point while trying to fix the issues with the site while the backup is running. Need to dig into what's needed for when Bugzilla 3.4 comes out.
- The corners on vertical panels in plasma trunk aren't rounded like the bottom panel is. This is my reminder to file a bug. I don't expect this to get fixed until I do file it.
- I am aware of some issues with Kopete after the new login authentication was implemented. They're being slowly worked on, mostly because I haven't gotten things back up and running after the move to F11. Maybe this week or next week, unless somebody fixes them first.
Also, life is good, kids grow up way too fast, and weekends are too short. G'night everybody!
