Capistrano 3.1 Released

Just a short reminder that Capistrano 3.1 came out about a week ago. I’ve been following the 3.x version of Capistrano for a few weeks now because of the fact that it’s based on Rake. If you didn’t like Capistrano 2, you might consider giving it another look.
